Number one on the list is Aqua Culture, using the worlds most massive resource, it’s oceans, to farm eco friendly seafood. The world is already producing more farmed fish than beef and at a 700% more efficient rate.
A must read for anyone concerned about the state of the oceans and particularly today’s unsustainable fishing practices. If we can get fishermen to stay on shore, instead of burning up huge amounts of fuel on ever increasing searches for what’s left of the oceans wild fish, it’s a win-win situation all round.
